  • Updates CI Workflow to cache composer deps
  • Bump phpspec/prophecy-phpunit from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2
  • Bump squizlabs/php_codesniffer from 2.9.2 to 3.7.2
  • Bump actions/checkout from 2 to 3
  • adds dependabot to monthly try and update github-action,npm and composer deps
